Force field

All simulations run under CHARMM force field using the NAMD program.

The conditions for all simulations are: constant number of particles (N), stable pressure (P= 1.01325 bars = 1 atm), stable temperature (T = 320 K = 47 C). In other words, the ensemble is NPT.
